If someone creates a page about a game, they can leave the name of the page as it is. However, if someone else creates a page with the exact same name, the person who first created the page must rename the page from <Pagename> to <Pagename> (1). The 1 signifies they were the first to make the article with that name. The second one who created the article with the same name must do the same, only, instead of having a (1), they should have a (2), as the 2 signifies they were the 2nd person to make an article with that name.
The procedure of naming articles like this is the same for all articles with the same name that come after it, the person when creating the article with a name already used can use the name, but has to have a number in brackets to signify what number they were creating the article.

A creates an article called Hot Air 3. B creates an article with the same name, but names it Hot Air 3 (2). A must then go and rename Hot Air 3 Hot Air 3 (1). C wants to make an article called Hot Air 3, but since two other articles exist, C creates the article with the name Hot Air 3 (3).
