Rusted Rusher's Alternate Universe is the storyline that his characters are in. It was originally a more massive scale story, but I decided to make it not as large since I'm already not here very much anymore.
The CLAW/PULSAR War[]
There were two organizations: CLAW and PULSAR. CLAW was an evil weapon-making unit attempting to take over the world, while PULSAR was about enhancing machinery. PULSAR eventually discovered how to make sentient machinery. This was something CLAW wanted, so they attacked PULSAR's base and acquired the power for themselves. PULSAR started making battle machines to defeat CLAW and stop their evil ambition. This was the start of a devastating war.
As the war went further, the more destructive it became. PULSAR became no better than CLAW. By the end of it all, only rubble, some scientists, a magic-powered robot and an old prototype war machine remained.
