Whimsy World[]
This is where the duration of Rainbow Run takes place. It is rainbow and sunshine until the Dark things invade. Not only did they kidnap the ponies, they also kidnapped the Light things, which keep the futures of everypony bright. Without them in the proper place, Whimsy World could fall apart. Also, they aren't protected from evil forces.
